Human rights defender aleh Vouchak to stand trial for "petty hooliganism"
The trial will take place on Monday, January 30, in the Central district court of Minsk (Kirau street, 21).
According to nn.by,Vouchak was detained in the street. A policeman approached him allegedly to check his documents. As a result, the human rights defender found himself in the Maskouski district department of internal affairs of Minsk.
Let us remind you, Aleh Vouchak is the former investigator of the public prosecution. When he left the state authorities, he dealt with notorious cases, connected not only with political prisoners, but also with the arrested representatives of the force structures. He actively helped Alyaksandr Kazulin, and later Mikalaj Autukhovich, with whom he had common Afghanistan experience.
