Sasha Varlamau's Fashion Agency did not pay the sum to the BSY Lyceum that had been let on lease to the company, the prosecutor said.
The prosecutor has also accused Varlamau of giving paid classes in BSY Lyceum without permission, Euroradio journalist Arstyom Martynau reports from the court room.
Varlamau is also blamed for forgery. He is accused of adding false information to the notes sent to BSU Lyceum accounting department. Some employees of his agency did the same.
The prosecutor has also accused Varlamau of trying to increase his own significance in the fashion circles and industry with the help of the festivals "Fashion Mill".

The famous fashion designer is standing trial in Minsk Lenin District Court. He is accused of having violated five articles of the Criminal Code - major fraud, misappropriation, tax evasion, power abuse and major larceny.
Over 800 witnesses have been interrogated so far, the Investigation Committee reports. 353 people are considered to be victims.
Sasha Varlamau was jailed on May 20, 2011. He was the director of the enterprise "Sasha Varlamau's Fashion Agency", used to head the BSU Youth Fashion Centre, etc.
