Pavel Sevyarynets’ apartment bills have tripled
Workers of Kuplin penal labour camp will have to pay 160 thousand roubels instead of 50.
The decision has been taken by the administration of commandant's office #7 where the co-leader of the BCD is serving his sentence. Water bills have also increased despite of its very low quality.
