Employees of Minsk housing and communal services are planting trees because holes have been dug and soil has been delivered.
"Misnkzelyanbud" told Euroradio:
Employee: “It is not allowed to plant trees when the temperature is below -15 degrees Celsius. We have -7 today. The holes and soil are prepared, we can plant."
Inhabitants of Minsk microdistrict Kamennaya Horka have reported that trees are being planted in snow in Nyomanskaya Street.
