Spring flood in Brest Province (photo)
28 inhabited localities have been flooded in the region.
2 houses, 250 yards and 141 utility structures are flooded in Brest Province now, the Emergency Control Ministry reports.
Rescuers are monitoring the situation and hope that the water will disappear soon, inhabitants of Palesse region say.
