10.25. Zoya Drozd, Zmitser Drozd's mother, has confirmed that her son is in the list of 9 presidentially pardoned political prisoners. According to her, some people visited the colony in Babruisk. "They've been convincing Zmitser for 3 hours. He hasn't agreed for a long time... He, and others, have signed this letter", — Zoya Drozd has said. She thinks that Zmitser and other political prisoners will be released "today or tomorrow".
Zmitser Drozd is 38 years old. He is an archivist by education. Last year he published a book "Estate holders of Minsk region in 1861-1900". Drozd was a member of Andrey Sannikau's nomination group during the presidential electoral campaign. In May, he was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment in a reinforced-security colony upon the square case.
10.15. Alyaksandr Klaskouski's wife Natallia has informed on air to Euroradio that she knows nothing about her husband's release. He said before that he was not going to write a request for pardon. According to her, Alyaksandr's relatives did not file such requests either.

Surnames of some pardoned political prisoners have become known. All of them served punishment in the Babruisk colony. Among them there are Zmitser Drozd, Artsyom Hrybkou, Syarhei Kazakou, Andrei Pratasenya. It is likely that Uladzimir Loban and Alyaksandr Klaskouski have also been pardoned.
