Picket in support of political prisoner Lihavid not allowed in Baranavichy

Baranavichy City Executive Committee has not allowed human rights activist Victar Syrytsa to organize a picket. Local activists wanted to organize it in support of political prisoner Mikita Lihavid. Officials informed that the application for the action did not correspond to the existing requirements.
