Valyantsin Stefanovich to stand trials today
The Partyzanski district court of Minsk will consider the cases of one of "Viasna"s leader.
Hearings on the case on making human rights defender Valyantsin Stefanovich pay the taxes will start in the Partyzanski district court of Minsk at 10.00. These hearings should have started back on November 15. However, the human rights defender coundn't attend them then due to the family circumstances. Valyantsin Stefanovich sent his request to postpone the hearings and the court appointed the new date.
Apart from that, Valyantsin Stefanovich's claim against the tax inspection of the Partyzanski district of Minsk with regard to the fine made by them against him will be considered in the same court today, but at 11.30 a.m., informs spring96.org.
