Witnesses fail to attend trial against "Books by Mail" again
The judge read out testimonies of 11 people, given during the preliminary investigation.
One of them urged the court not to punish Yaudakha as he did the right thing - he disseminated Belarusian-language literature and music among the Belarusian society, reports nn.by.
Let us remind you, no witnesses appeared in court at the previous trial against Yaudakha. The founder of the service "Books by Mail" is accused of illegal entrepreneurship. About 230 witnesses are named in the case.
