'Rostelecom' announces partical blockout of vk.com social network
The social network's resources have been partially blocked upon the decision of Lefortovo court of Moscow.
'Rostelecom' has no technical opportunitites to block separate accounts of the network, so the blockout covers some IP-addresses of the VK.com, news agencies inform.
Representatives of the 'Rostelecom' say it is not easy to block some of the resuprces, but the operators are working to solve this problem.
The reason for the blockout is not revealed.
