A small group of federalization supporters entered the building after negotiations with the police.
The separatists hoisted the flag of ‘Donetsk People’s Republic’ over the building, RIA Novosti reports.
There are riot policemen armed with Kalashnikov rifles in black uniform in the yard. Having noticed the crowd, they retreated indoors.
