U.S. President likes Russia's suggestion on Syria
Barack Obama has greeted the Russian suggestion but confessed he takes it rather sceptically.
The day before, Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov suggested that the Bashar Assad regime should transfer the control over the chemical weapons to the international community. Syrian leaders approved the suggestion.
Still, in Obama's opinion, this may be just a tactical trick of the Syrians, aimed at gaining time. Nevertheless, the U.S. President stated the military operation against Syria would be postponed if the control over the chemical weapons was passed to the international community, RBC reports.
