39-year-old Minsker turns out to be “miner” of Kaliningrad train
The police have found out who is the malefactor who informed that the train Kaliningrad-Moscow was mined. The Belarusian Ministry of Internal Affairs has informed “”Interfax” about it. Policemen say that the phone call was made by a 39-year-old mentally ill Minsker.
