Lukashenka: a document to be possibly adopted at the summit

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton, EU Trade Commissioner Karel De Gucht, European Commissioner for Energy Gunther Oettinger, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev and Russian President Vladimir Putin have arrived in Minsk. The main topic of the summit is situation in Ukraine. 

Alyaksandr Lukashenka said that there can be adopted a final document based on the meeting results in Minsk, its draft already prepared. The Belarusian leader suggested that leaders of Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and the EU representatives should discuss it, finalize and sign.
