MFA: Belarus and EU working on visa regime simplification
However, the date of the EU-Belarus negotiations has not been appointed yet.
Press sectary Dmitry Mironchyk announced it at a briefing in the Belarusian Ministry for Foreign Affairs: “We are still discussing the visa regime simplification between Belarus and the EU with our European partners. No special rounds of negotiations have been appointed yet but the work on the documents on simplification of the visa regime and readmission is being conducted both in Belarus and Europe.”
Belarus and the European Commission started negotiating on the visa regime simplification and readmission at the beginning of 2014.
