Ministry of Justice considers Belarusian Social-Democratic Party's congress non-legitimate
The Ministry of Justice has considered the congress of the Belarusian Social-Democratic Party (Assembly), which took place on October 10, non-legitimate. "Nasha Niva" informs about this with a reference to the Chairman of the Party Anatol Sidarevich. Let us remind you, the former Chairman of the BSDP (Assembly) Anatol Liaukovich and "another person" filed a corresponding complaint to the Ministry of Justice. The Ministry checked the congress documents for a month.
Pretensions were connected with the fact that representatives of Homel and Mahileu regional party branches were not delegated to the congress. Sidarevich said it was because they were not registered, thus they could not be delegated. Anatol Sidarevich thinks they will have to conduct a new party congress now.
Sidarevich was elected as a new party Chairman instead of Anatol Liaukovich on October 10 at the congress, which was later considered non-legitimate by the Ministry of Justice. Anatol Liaukovich did not recognize such results.
