Putin about anti-terrorist operation in Sloviansk: This is a crime
Russian President Vladimir Putin reacts to the recent developments in eastern Ukraine.
The Ukrainian riot police liquidated three roadblocks in the outskirts of Sloviansk and killed five militants in the morning of April 24. Then they retreated to their previous positions. “If Kiev has really used the army against the country’s population, then it is a serious crime,” Vladimir Putin said.
He learnt about the military operation in Sloviansk from amass media, Putin said. The Russian President also called the Ukrainian authorities ‘a junta’, RIA Novosti reports.
