Political analyst Valer Karbalevich detained near German Embassy
Radio Liberty's author, political scientist Karbalevich was going to the German Embassy for a meeting.
According to Radio Liberty, he had no documents with him and the policemen-guards called the police brigade. The German diplomats tried to figure out why their guest was detained and could not enter the Embassy's building. One of the diplomats claimed they knew Karbalevich personally without the documents.
After that, the telephone connection with Karbalevich broke.
