Emanuelis Zingeris: "These fiery devices could have rolled under the cars with tanks full of petrol, and they could have exploded. This is not a joke! A certain number of people live in the Embassy - they could be burnt alive! We talked to the Embassy's employees about this."

According to the Lithuanian politician, the Foreign Ministry of Lithuania considers the incident with throwing “Molotov cocktail” bottles at the country’s Embassy in Minsk a terrorist act. When they received the information about “malicious hooliganism” from the Belarusian MFA, they thought it was a joke.

Unknown people threw two bottles of "Molotov cocktail" at the Lithuanian embassy in Minsk at 22.45 on November 6 . The Partyzanski district department of the Investigative Committee started a criminal case under Part 2 Article 339 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code.

The Lithuanian Foreign Ministry sent a protest note to Belarus on the incident in the Lithuanian embassy in Minsk. It draws attention to the fact that this attack on the Lithuanian Embassy in the capital of our country is not the first. Previously, the Embassy was poured with paint and there was an imitation of an explosive device there. Besides, the Belarusian law-enforcement agencies have not found the offender so far. However, the Belarusian version of the paint pouring case was that it was the work of the Russian radicals.
