Russian troops building up near Ukraine border (video)
Inhabitants of Russian Belgorod Oblast keep uploading photos of military equipment 30 kilometres away from the border.
Russia is not hiding the fact anymore. There are about 220 thousand Russian soldiers, 1800 tanks and 400 helicopters near the border, Ukrainian acting Minister of Defence Ihor Tsenyuh said. Ukraine is trying to block all the possible ways of intervention and protect Kiev in the first place.
A military exercise has been organised for soldiers in Rostov, Belgorod, Tambov and Kursk Oblasts, Russia claimed. They will continue until the end of March. “Organization of various types of combat” is being checked there.
