Russian soldiers are storming a military topography facility belonging to Ukraine's armed forces, reports UNIAN. The news agency refers to a Facebook post by Dmitry Tymchuk, the head of Center for Military and Political Studies.
Russian snipers are reportedly targeting Ukranian soldiers. One person has been injured, reports Dmitry Tymchuk.
