'Legal highs' sellers detained (video)
Two young people (born in 1995 and 1992) died in a hostel on October 10 after buying 'legal highs' mixes from them.
The young workers had bough spice from the sellers on the Internet and took it in the hostel. The police found the sellers’ track. One of them lived in Svetlahorsk and organized the Internet trade in Minsk. His colleague lived in Minsk and was responsible for putting spice in secrete places for his customers.
The sellers were detained by Almaz members simultaneously in Minsk and Svetlahorsk, the police report. Mixes and appliances for their production and packing were found in Svetlahorsk. 5 packs of spice were found on the Minsk seller. He also had notes with the detailed description of the secret places where customers could find the packs.
A criminal case has been started for unintended murder of two people and drug dealing. One of the young people admitted his connection with the distribution of spice. However, when he was asked about his responsibility for the death of the two young workers, he said that he did not take spice and did not make anyone do it either.
