On October 31 and November 1, Belarus did not allow 20 Ukrainians and two citizens of third countries into Belarus from Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine reports.

There are seven checkpoints on the Belarusian-Ukrainian border. According to Ukrainians, currently the passenger traffic has decreased by 15% compared to last weekend. This happened after the official announcement of Minsk on the closure of border in connection with the spread of the coronavirus. Entry restrictions for foreigners and stateless persons have been in effect since November 1.

According to Radio Svaboda, on October 30, Belarus refused entry to Ukrainians who were traveling to Belarusian hospitals in search of donor organs. The transplant operations were paid for from the state budget of Ukraine in accordance with a special program of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
