Charges presented to "Ecomedservice" director, anesthesiologist
The Chief Engineer was released back on May 10 under a personal recognizance to appear.
This has been informed by TUT.BY with a reference to the Investigatory Committee Administration in Minsk.
The director of the medical center is charged with neglect of duty which caused a person's death due to carelessness. The anesthesiologist is charged with improper fulfillment of professional duties by a medical worker which caused a patient's death due to carelessness.
Both accused are staying in custody.
Previously, the surgeon and the nurse who assisted him were released under a personal recognizance to appear. The nurse who assisted the anesthesiologist was released under the same condition on May 13. They are still suspects.
