Lukashenka: Our statehood is unshakeable (video)
Our country will not join any states or unions, the Belarusian leader said.
The Belarusian land will always belong to Belarusian citizens, be they Belarusians, Russians, Poles or Ukrainians – to everyone who lives here, Alyaksandr Lukashenka claimed visiting the Holy Spirit Cathedral on April 20.
“We will never allow this holy land to pose any threat to our neighbouring states and other peoples,” BelaPAN reports quoting Lukashenka’s press service. “We must preserve the godsent image of kind, fair and holy people. We should always remember it.”
“Peace and quiet are the main things we must preserve today, we must struggle for them. Our statehood is unshakable and any rumours about Belarus joining some other states are inadmissible,” Lukashenka said.
