Bulgaria refutes information about €2bn in exchange for political prisoners
Bulgarian MFA spokesperson Vesela Cherneva says that such an offer could not be made.

Let us remind you that Polish newspaper Rzeczpospolita informed that Foreign Minister Nickolay Mladenov had offered 2 billion euro to Alyaksandr Lukashenka for the release of political prisoners. It was also informed that the Bulgarian Minister had suggested that the official Minsk should restore relations with the European Union.
