Nina Bahinskaya hoists white-red-white flag by Red Catholic Church in Minsk
The elderly lady was taken to the police department first but then released.
It happened in the evening on March 25 during the common prayer for political prisoners. According to nn.by, a plain-clothed policeman detained the lady. After that, a riot police post was set up near the Red Catholic Church. It is informed that one of the policemen had a Russian chevron.
Late at night, Bahinskaya was released from the Maskouski district police
department. On Tuesday, she is supposed to return in order to get back her
passport and the flag.
67-year-old Nina Bahinskaya has come out to the central squares and streets of
Minsk with a white-red-white flag many times and got detained for that.
