Ukraine: Opposition plans no-confidence vote
Thousands of people remain outside the parliament building on Tuesday morning, while hundreds riot policemen are holding them back.
The opposition frcations are going to raise an issue of no confidence in the Cabinet of Ministers today. If the Parliament doesn't vote for the government discharge, the protesters will return to Maidan and decide what to do next.
