Yarmoshyna: OSCE report is much more positive this time
CEC chairperson Lidziya Yarmoshyna shared her impressions about the OSCE election observation report on October 13. She is satisfied with the document, the official noted.
Yarmoshyna: “It is the first OSCE report that contains both negative and positive assessments in the many years of the OSCE OEM work in our country.”
The positive things are the situation in the country before the election, the affability and openness of election committee members and ‘the excellent work of mass media that covered the agitation of all the candidates without any censorship’, Yarmoshyna said. Speaking about the drawbacks, the CEC chairperson mentioned the lack of transparency and accuracy of the work of divisional election committees.
