13 Belarusians refuse from Latvian citizenship
13 Belarusians decided to refuse from the Latvia citizenship in 2007. According to the data from the Latvian Naturalization Department, a total of 333 people, including 141 ethnic Russians and 119 ethnic Latvians, gave in their passports last year.
