307 Belarus children return home from orphanages

307 children returned home from orphanages in 2007 after their parents restored parental rights which had been deprived for anti-social behavior. A total of 4450 children became orphans last year.
Most of them ended up without a family because their dads and moms were deprived of parental rights, writes Komsomolskaya Pravda v Belarusi.
