Activists of “Tell the Truth!” accused of using bad language are justified
The judge of October District Court of Minsk Syarhei Hermanovich has closed the administrative case started against volunteers of “Tell the Truth!” campaign Vyachaslau Muha and Pavel Sehau accused of hooliganism by the police, reports Radio Liberty. The events that caused the trial occurred at Minsk railway terminal on August 5. A duty policeman Alyaksandra Rusetskaya asked the two guys to show their documents because she thought they were suspicious. But they did not have any on them. Then Muha and Sehau were detained and delivered to the police office. According to the police, “they kept using bad language”.
The judge, Syarhey Hermanovich, decided that if nobody could hear them using “bad language” but for Alyaksandra Rusetskaya , it could not be considered a breach of order.
