Amnesty International regrets Belarus gay-parade ban

The global human rights watchdog Amnesty International has urged the authorities in Belarus to respect the rights of sexual minorities, according to the statement released on May 14. Amnesty International has expressed regret over the ban of the Slavic Gay-Parade 2010 that was expected to take place in Minsk on May 15.
