Arrested Russians to be charged for Square today
Two Russian citizens, Artsiom Breus and Ivan Haponau, arrested upon the December 19 case, wil be presented a final accusation on February 3, Radio Liberty reports. "It looks like all the accusations will be based exclusively on some video materials, which alegedly confirm that the Russian citizens resisted to the law-enforment agencies' representatives and damaged the House of Government", — the representative of the Russian Embassy in Minsk Vadzim Huseu has said.
