Authorities return 24-hour shops in Vitsebsk

The local authorities in Vitsebsk have decided to restore 24-hour trade. Currently, 6 night shops operate in the northen Belarusian city. Earlier, the police had convinced the city council that sales of alcohol at night hours was behind a ajump in crimes. But no serious crime increase has been observed near the 24-hour shops so far.
