Baranavichy Ice Palace de-frosted in heat

You cannot chill in Baranavichy Ice Palace in this heat wave. The ice has melted due to a maintenance. The palace only offers wedding ceremonies, anniversary banquets and other things at the moment. Baranavichy inhabitants are indignant: why do they need the Ice Palace in winter when there is a lot of ice in ordinary skating rinks anyway?
