Belarus, European Commission to hold talks over disposal of land mines
Belarus and the European Commission will hold talks over the destruction of land mines PFM-1.
Nearly 3.5 million land mines have to be disposed of in Belarus. Destructing them openly is hazardous to environment and humans. The European Commission will commit 4 million euros for the project.
