Belarus inflation leader again
Belarus tops the price growth index list of former Soviet republics in January-May 2013.
BelaPAN has analyzed the data presented by the national statistics institutions. The prices have increased by 6.5 % over five months in Belarus. It is much more than in Russia (3.1%), Armenia and Moldova (2.8%), Kazakhstan (2.4%) and Azerbaijan (2.3%). Ukraine is at the end of the list with only 0.2%.
Our country has topped the list for several years – 107.8% in 2011 and 21.8% in 2012.
