The Interior Ministry attempts to document the activities of Belarusians volunteers fighting in Donbas, both for the Ukraine security forces and militants. This is what Belarus Minister of Internal Affairs, Ihar Shunevich, said in the interview to Euroradio on May 13.
According to him, there are currently no criminal cases over mercenary activities in Belarus. "We are taking steps to document their activities there. But this is difficult enough," admitted Shunevich.
Incidentally, according to the minister, there has been launched no criminal cases over separatism in Belarus. However, the situation is monitored "very closely", and information is being collected, said Ihar Shunevich.
