Bell’s plan may be made public next week

Lord Bell hopes that the plan of creation of an outward image of Belarus will be signed by Lukashenka next week. The famous image-maker informed ERB about it on the phone. Lord Bell said that the final stage of the agreement was in process. Timothy Bell: “We are on the final stage of reaching an agreement about it. I hope Lukashenka will sign the agreement next week”.

Lord Bell will be able to tell us what steps the plan of creation of the image of Belarus includes only after the agreement is signed.
