Case of Dzyanis Dzyanisau and Tattiana Yelavaya is suspended
The case of Dzyanis Dzyanisau and Tattiana Yelavaya has been suspended. Information about it appeared in Belarusian blogs on the evening on May 29.
Rumours about the suspension of the case of BUNT activists were confirmed by the lawyer Pyotr Kavalenka. Still, he has no official documents about it yet, - noted the web site of “Nasha Niva”.
The case against Dzyanis Dzyanisau and Tattiana Yelavaya was started according to article 342 of the Criminal Code – actions violating the civil order and resistance to authorities. The guy was threatened with a 3-years imprisonment.
Dzyanisau was detained on a train on his way to Homel on February 16. He was released on bail on April 11.
