Council of Europe looks to open information center in Minsk

Belarus and the European Commission are in talks over the possible launch of the Information Center of the Council of Europe in Minsk, Belarus's Foreign Ministry spokesman Andrei Popov said in a statement. However, he would not elaborate on the stage of the negotiations and when agreements could be reached, reports Interfax.
