Free vaccination against 'swine flu' ends in Belarus
The free vaccination campaign against A/H1N1 flu has ended in Belarus. In the Vitsbesk region alone, over 50,000 people -- doctors, rescue workers as well as employees with the utility and housing centers, transport, communications and energy companies -- received vaccinations. The second wave of vaccination will begin next week. Channel 1 reports that vaccines are available in most of clinics, but Belarusians do not seem to rush.
Doctors forecast that a new wave of flu infections is expected in early February.
