Gazprom admits gas transit debt to Belarus
Beltransgaz and Gazprom are expected on July 1 to sign an additional agreement on the transit of natural gas, BELTA quoted Belarus' first vice premier Uladzimir Syamashka as saying. Mr Syamashka said the document has already been agreed upon by the sides and Gazprom has ackowledged its debt to Belarus. Russia has agreed to the transit fee of $1.88 per 1000 cupic meters of natural gas pumped via Belarus to Europe.
