Hadyka excluded from election committee for lack of Election Code knowledge

A representative of a civil association “BPF-revival” Yury Hadyka has been expelled from Minsk City election commission. Hadyka did not know that the Election Code did not allow being a member of an election committee and a representative of a candidate at the same time, informed a reporter of the “Capital Television” company. The expelled member can join the commission only as independent observer now.

Political parties will have to analyze their actions and the flaws they may allow during the current election campaign, claimed the head of Minsk City election committee Ihar Karpenka at a meeting of the committee.
