Health Ministry to ban another 20 types of smoking mixes
A new republican list of drugs will appear in Belarus. The Health Ministry has already approved it. The document is being confirmed by the Ministry of Internal Affaires now. The STV channel informs that smoking mixes containing drugs have been controlled by the state since January 1, 2010. Belarus is one of the first countries in the world to have reacted to the problem of spice distribution.
