The last week-end turned out to be very hot in Homel. The temperature was from +34 to +37 degrees Celsius and reached +40…+42 degrees in the sun.
City streets were empty in the daytime. Homel inhabitants hid from the heat in their flats and spent their time near fountains or swimming in the river.
