KGB gives details of 'Zeltser's case'

Valery Nadtchayev, Belarus's KGB spokesman, appeared in a broadcast of the Belarusian state television's Channel One to reveal the details of 'Zeltser's case'. Nadtchayev said that US-based lawyer Emanuel Zeltser, now in pretrial detention in Minsk, had undergone a full medical check-up. Doctors said that his health condition was satisfactory to keep Zeltser in detention.

Interfax reminds that Zeltser is facing crimincal charges of drug-trafficking, under the Penal Code of Belarus.

Over 100 tablets, including narcotic and psychotropic drugs like Codeine, Gydrocodone, Butalbital and Fentermine.
