Lenin Square subway station to be renamed by late March

Minsk City Council is excepted to hold a meeting on renaming several streets in Minsk, historian Ivan Satsukevich who is a member of the renaming commission told the European Radio for Belarus. The expert said that the renaming of the central streets back to historic names was planned by the government.

We remind the Minsk City Council has decided to rename Lenin Sqaure subway station into Independence Square.
