LiveJournal blocked for 4 hours in Belarus
LiveJournal, a popular blogging web site, went off in Belarus at 1500 Minsk time.
There were also problems with accessing other news sites, including Charter'97, Radio Svaboda, Belarus Partisan and the European Radio for Belarus.
At the same time, all these site remained available to visitors from outside Belarus. Beltelecom said they had nothing to do with those disruptions.
